Try this recipe from Kay Ewing's Cookbook:
FUNKY MONKEY BREAD
    

   

2 ( 16 oz) cans “Grands” refrigerated biscuits
½ cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1 Tablespoon cinnamon

½ cup chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows

Preheat oven to 375°. Open one can of biscuits and cut each biscuit in half and then in fourths. Place biscuit pieces all around the bottom of a Bundt pan sprayed with Pam. Place butter, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and microwave for about 1 minute, until butter is melted. Stir together until combined. Drizzle half the butter mixture over the biscuit pieces. Sprinkle with half the chocolate chips (1/4 cup) and half the marshmallows (1/2 cup).

Repeat with the second can of biscuits and remaining ingredients. Bake about 25 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes and then carefully turn pan upside down over a plate.

Pull pieces off to eat it with your fingers...like a monkey!
